Duceppe typifies the hypocritical public persona of Quebec; one hand twisted into a fist to brandish at us and the other extended into a open palm to demand ever more welfare from us.
If the Quebecois had the courage to match their faux bravado, they would have separated long ago. As it is, they hold tight to their
security blanket, trembling at the thought of being cut loose from the comfort of our federal treasury. --JGP
