| French language training in Canada squats on the peak of all that represents incomprehensible government waste. Official bilingualism represents, by itself, the costliest failed program ever conceived by a Canadian government. And it continues, decade by decade, to swallow billions to achieve just one end; to appease a narcissistic and besotted people so immersed in self-pity and so infused with insecurity that it beggars the imagination. --JGP |
